During a recent trip to Anguilla, my wife and I had the opportunity to spend some time with Janine Cassell & Ian Edwards, owners of Splash Villa! (264-497-2262 phone/fax).
Splash Villa is a secluded and luxury villa that offers a beautiful view of St. Martin. It has 3 BRS, Open Area kitchen and dining/living room. 1 BR opens to the private pool and 1 of the BR's has a Jacuzzi for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped and if you want them to stock the place with food they will.
The layout is very nice for a family with young or teenage children, honeymooners or two couples that want privacy. A TV and stereo is located in the common living room area.
No A/C but they have lots of fans and windows to cool down the Villa. You are close to the best beaches, plus you have a nice deck to lounge on with a BBQ grill.
Ian (who is a local builder and built his dream Villa) and Janine will provide you with any reasonable services you require to make your stay at Splash very comfortable.
Rate: Based on a weekly stay $ 1,299 plus taxes April 15 - Dec 14, 1999. If space is available they will rent out for shorter periods.
Maid service will be provided but is provided on your schedule i.e. 1/day, 1/week or 2/week. Babysitting and rental car can be provided at additional cost.
No Credit cards accepts.
