The hotel is ok, but beware of the employees at the reception! Do not ask for anything, they will bite your head off!!! Maids, gardeners, bartenders are polite, but we all could feel that they do not want to socialize with tourists. Strange, we travel to Punta Cana every year, and it is the first time that we felt that way...
Food is OK, wine terrible. Rooms are nice and clean, pools are very well kept. Not enough shaded areas.
Beach is spectacular, and just for that it was worth the negative points of this hotel.
