The resort is just o.k. for a 4 star hotel.
At check in at this hotel the people at the front desk were very rude and I guess everyone at this hotel were very rude too.
There were a group of 10 so we need 5 rooms and wanted them to be on the same floor and they were going to place us all over the resort and we said NO WAY!!!
So after a little bit we got rooms on the same floor.
Beach and pools were very nice. The pools were very cold to swim in.
Food: Well the breakfast was about the only food that was good at this resort. Everything was a buffet so the food was cold and not much flavor. At lunch they made burgers but it was also not very good. Dinner was just as bad. We mainly went out for dinner at night cause we hated the food at the buffets.
Drinks we watered down and the only drinks that were good were bloodymarys and beer.
Housekeeping was very good always kept the room looking nice.
If I was to go back to this hotel I would have to say NO not even if it was free.
They even argued with us and told us that we were wrong about something and they were the wrong ones.
