My wife and I were very unhappy with the reception staff at all of the Decameron Resorts on San Andres Island - they were rude, unhelpful and unproffesional.
The bar staff were great, the hotels quite good, the island very nice. Its a pity that simple manners are not present at the front desk - what a shame and a disgrace to the resorts - wake up Decameron, we were one of three who complained that day ( how many did not? )
Wont be returning. Going to Cuba.
