Got back from there yesterday,we have very few positive things to say about this place...
Hotel is under restructuration,also under renovations,the food is CUBAN,the drinks not to diversified and not to appealing.
Animation POOR,Shows BORING and repetitive.
The only things that look new are the bathrooms,
BUT I could only get hot WATER 1 time out of 3.
The air conditioning wasn`t working,(OLD)I didn`t mind, fortunately the week was cool...
THE SERVICE is TERRIBLE,at the ``a la carte`` restn.we ordered shrimps,after an hour of waiting,
they told us they had no more...and nothing valuable to replace it,
we had burger and fries(the best things there)at the snack bar...
Most of the rooms are quite far from the beach,
and since the landscaping is not very nice,and the lighting system not to good try upon arrival
to get a better spot.
The beach is only cleaned in the front of the 4 hotels,If you like long secluded walks,you will be surounded by garbages!!!
Forget sending them an E-mail,they don`t read them.
My rating,2.5 STARS at the most,please AVOID,if you still want to go try hotel next door(GRAN CLUB SANTA LUCIA) under Italian management.
