My husband and I along with 4 other
friends spent a wonderful week in
St. Lucia. We were there from 2/28
to 3/7. We stayed at the Wyndham
Morgan Bay. This is a wonderful resort.
They have open air restaurants that serve
excellent food for all tastes. The facilities
at the resort our 1st class and too numerous
to mention. Our room which was considered
"garden view" had beautiful views of the
resort as well as the Carribean. Hint:
3rd floor is the best, you can see everything.
I can't say enough about the resort and the people.
We ventured out for a shopping trip into Castries
on the 2nd day there we were disappointed in the
shopping areas.
Most of our trips have been
to Bermuda which can't compare with shopping
in these islands. We also took the brig "Unicorn"
for a susnset cruise which I highly recommend.
All in all a great place to visit and a top
notch resort. The only negative was the
1 1/2 hour ride from the airport to the resort.
However, we did get to see a lot of the island.
